At Galleria Day Spa we will do our best to accommodate your needs and desires. These policies are drawn for your comfort and enjoyment. Thank you for your cooperation and patronage.
We recommend scheduling appointments at least one week in advance to guarantee availability. However, we encourage you to check with us, as we may be able to accommodate you on short notice. A credit card number is required to hold your appointment. Credit cards or gift certificates will be debited according to our cancellation policy.
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for regular appointments and 48 hours notice for multiple services or spa packages. We will redeem your gift certificate or charge your credit card 50% of the service price for late cancellations or if you do not show for the appointment.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment times in order to take care of necessary check-in procedures.
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated and is a courtesy to other clients. We cannot guarantee services for late arrivals. We will always do our best to accommodate you. However, we value every client’s time and we may need to shorten your service, to be considerate of the next client’s appointment.
What Not to Bring:
We recommend that you leave your valuables (i.e. jewelry) at home. Galleria Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or valuables.
Due to FDA regulations, skincare products purchased at Galleria Day Spa cannot be returned once they leave our premises. No refunds are given for gift certificates. All retail merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the purchase, items must have tags and no signs of damage or wear. Merchandise that was purchased on sale is final sale & may not be returned.
Expired Gift Certificates:
Expired gift certificates are not honored. Effective 1/1/2018 - Riviera gift cards are not valid at either of our locations.
Cell Phones and Pagers:
We ask that you turn off your cell phone and/or pager to maintain our serene ambiance.
For the health and safety of our clients and staff, smoking is not permitted in or around our facility.
As a courtesy to other spa guests, children are not permitted in spa treatment areas, nor may they be left unattended in the reception area. We require that an adult accompany all children. A teen must be 13 years or older and have parent or guardian consent, in order to receive treatment.
All guest using spa amenities must be 18 years* of age+. We recommend bringing appropriate swimwear as our outdoor amenities are not private to other spa guests.
Licensed professionals perform your services under strict guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse services requested by our guests that are not conforming to our policies.
